Catalonia’s declaration of independence is a good excuse to tell you about what happened when we visited Barcelona. Though it’s been a while and the telling of our adventure will start going back and forth chronologically, might as well get “back into action” by sharing our experience in those… interesting times. Budapest turned out to be a major highlight of our trip so far. We spent nine crazy days in there, half the time looking for a new place to stay and moving there in the middle of the night. Still, the vibe of the place didn’t allow us much rest as we fell in love with the city’s architecture, happenings and efficient public transportation. 😀

Papanași (pronounced Papanash), is a traditional dessert from Romania. These are donuts made with cottage cheese and lemon zest, served fresh from the oil, with Smântâna – the local version of sour cream – and some berry jam or sauce.
“Google Google on the net, where is the best papanași you’ve met?” Continue reading “The Hunt for the Best Papanași in Cluj”
