Updates Intermission I

A lot is going on with us, to the point where it can be overwhelming to experience and write about in the same week (and apparently, also a week after). So we’re giving ourselves some more time to think up a “proper” post, and in the meanwhile give you a short update about what we went through and what we plan to do next.

So last week we went to the 2nd Non-Monogamies Conference in Vienna, and we found it extremely meaningful, both on the personal level and as part of larger international community. So much so, perhaps, that we can’t seem to find the right words to pass on the experience and ideas. It’ll have to wait, for now.

A proof of attendance 🙂 NMCI 2017

Other than that, we found some nice less-touristic things to do in Vienna, and later in Salzburg. Here are some pictures with descriptions.

We looked at some construction work (by St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Vienna).
Went swimming in the lake of Park Erholungsgebiet Wienerberg in our birthday suits.

Next in our plan: Hitchhike or grab some other cross-land transportation to Barcelona via:
Innsbruck, Verona, Milan, Genoa, Nice & Marseille.

It’s migration time, like the birds…

We hope to be in Barcelona by the 28th of September 2017, stay a few days with friends who are joining us from Israel, then hike together some parts of the Camino de Frances.

Hiking, illustration.

By the 7th of November 2017 we have to leave the Schengen area, and we’ll go visit Eran in London in time for the Christian holiday season. See some Santas and eat turkey or something. We’re a bit worried about experiencing “real” winter, and we miss our cats.

We’ll be okay. 🙂

See you next week with a proper post.

We were 30 toes for a while. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?
